CLUBS

 

Clubs are an integral part of  Little Angels curriculum.   Various clubs are  initiated with  the  aim of  providing  a platform for encouraging,  enhancing and exhibiting the multifarious  talents  the children possess.  Every child is given an option , according to their interests, to be a member of two of the following clubs.,
Literary  Clubs [English, Kannada and  Hindi], Science Club,  Health Club,  Eco Club,  Sports Club,  Humanities Club, Philately Club &  Cultural Club  .    

 

 

THE HOUSES

The Little Angels House system was initiated in 2005.

The House systems have great advantage of breaking large community into viable personal units and thereby building a sense of loyalty and competition. A House is much more than a building in which students have their habitat while in school. Loyalty to House often surpasses loyalty to school.

Children belong to one the following Houses.

 

Bapu House : Colour - Green It is named after the Father of the Nation,Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi.As befitting the name, the House upholds the values of ‘Simple living and High Thinking’.

The Nehru House : Colour - Red Named after the irrepressible freedom fighter, orator, writer, the visionary who shaped the destiny of free India, Bharat Ratna Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, this House upholds the motto ‘Progressive thinking and Productivity’.

 

Tagore House - Blue Named after the uniquely versatile personality – the poet, the philosopher, the artist, the music composer, the writer, the sage, – Rabindranath Tagore, the beloved son of India, this House upholds the motto ‘ Creativity, Progress and Professionalism’ in all that they do..

 

Bose House : Colour - Yellow It is named after the illustrious son of India, This House, as befitting the name, Subhash Chandra Bose upholds the motto’ Courage and Competitiveness’.
